摘要 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定蒲苓盆炎康颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法,为控制该制剂的质量提供技术支持。方法采用高效液相色谱法,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以甲醇-水(75∶25)为流动相,检测波长为270nm。结果在上述色谱条件下,丹参酮ⅡA在0.029 88~0.239 0μg之间,峰面积和样品量之间呈线性关系,回归方程Y=342 939X-756,r=0.999 7,丹参酮ⅡA的平均回收率为98.0%,RSD=1.8%。结论采用高效液相色谱法测定蒲苓盆炎康颗粒的含量,方法简单,结果准确可靠,可用于测定蒲苓盆炎康颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of tanshinoneⅡA in Puling Panyan Kang Granules by HPLC,and provide technical support for quality control of the preparation. Methods HPLC method was used with oetadecylsi- lane chemically bonded silica as filler. The mobile phase was methanol - water ( 75 : 25 ) and the detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results The linear range of tanshinone ⅡA was 0.029 88 - 0. 239 0 μg and the regression equation was Y = 342 939X - 756, r = 0. 999 7. The average recovery was 98.0% with RSD = 1.8%. Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and relia- ble, and it can be used for the determination of tanshinone ⅡAin Puling Panyan Kang Granules.
