高雄民众对“彩蝶谷”复育参与意愿之研究

Participation Inclination of Restoration in “Butterfly Valley” for Kaohsiung People

于2011年5月至8月以深度访谈、焦点团体访谈的方式收集台湾省高雄市六龟区地方领袖对"彩蝶谷"复育行动之意见,以彩蝶谷复育座谈会方式收集市政府观光局、都发局、农业局、六龟区各级学校、小区发展组织、民宿业者等权益关系人对"彩蝶谷"复育行动的意见,结果显示:"彩蝶谷"复育计划受到六龟区整体权益关系人的肯定,认为其有潜力成为六龟本区的代表性景点,发展生态旅游并带动地方发展。又以问卷形式调查当地居民参与"彩蝶谷"复育行动的意愿,抽样高雄市六龟区1 000户,回收有效问卷144份,结果显示:六龟区居民无论离"彩蝶谷"远近,都乐见"彩蝶谷"有妥善的发展,且邻近的邻里都有高度的亲自参与意愿;90.3%的受访者肯定复育"彩蝶谷"可以促进自然环境生态的保护;88.9%的受访者同意复育"彩蝶谷"可以带动六龟区生态旅游及经济发展;52.7%的受访者肯定复育"彩蝶谷"之效果,认为只要做复育,蝴蝶就会大量回来;复育项目的优先级是以"栽植能繁殖及吸引蝴蝶的植物"为最高。

Collecting opinions of restoration activity in Butterfly Valley for local leaders in Liu-Kuei area by in-depth interview and focus group interview methods from May to August in 2011. Through a forum, opinion s of stakeholders in the governments, local community development associations, and home stays. In addition, results from mail survey indicated that despite the distance from Butterfly Valley, residents in Liu-Kuei were glad to see good development in there. Also, people d the neigh- borhood had high participation inclination. As to the inquiry item ＂Restoration of Butterfly Valley will enhance ecological protection in natural environment＂, respondents of ＂highly agree＂ and ＂agree＂ comprised 90. 3 %. With regards to the inquiry item ＂Restoration of Butterfly Valley will promote ecotourism and economic development in Liu-Kuei area＂, respondents of ＂highly agree＂ and ＂agree＂ comprised 88.9%. To the inquiry item ＂Butterflies will not come back in a great number since restoration of Butterfly Valley, therefore, the restoration has little effect on butterflies＂, respondents of ＂highly disagree＂ and ＂agree＂ comprised 52. 7%. That implies most people believe butterflies will come back in a great number, if the restoration has been done. For the priority of restoration items, ＂Growing the plants that can breed and attract butterflies＂ has first rate.
