摘要
文章以十堰东风阳光城Ⅰ～Ⅳ期山地住宅项目为例,从场地分析概念入手,试图建立场地分析、场地特征、设计诉求、应对原则、应对策略流程,充分挖掘山地特征,合理利用场地条件,以期实现住区与场地的完美结合。
The article takes Shiyan Dongfeng Sunshine Town Phase I - IV Mountainous Region Residential Projects for example, tries to establish site analysis, site characteristics, design appeal, coping principle, and coping strategy process starting with the concept of site analysis, gives full consideration to features of mountainous region and makes rational use of site conditions to realize perfect combination of residential district and site.
