高职农村毕业生在城市就业竞争中处于相对弱势,在农村就业竞争中却有自己的优势。面对新的就业形势,高职农村毕业生积极响应国家号召,自觉投身新农村建设不失为一种切实可行的就业选择,不仅可以有效缓解新农村建设的人才需求压力,而且对于拓宽高职毕业生就业渠道,破解城市就业难题具有重要的现实意义。
