摘要
本文合成了由TDI、PPO2 1 0 / 2 2 0、DMPA和HEA组成的紫外线 (UV)固化水性聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂。探讨了树脂结构、固体分、烘干、中和剂、中和程度等对树脂水溶性能及感光性能的影响。
In this study,TDI,PPO 210/220,DMPA and HEA were used to prepare UV curable water soluble polyurethane acrylic resins.Factors important for resinswater solubility and UV curing properties were studied.Results showed that key factors are the resins structure,solid content,salt forming agent,drying and the degree of neutralization.
