摘要
微型钢管旋转注浆桩是近年来研制成功的新桩型,已经在多项基础加固和纠偏工程中成功应用,具有广泛的应用前景。因其还处于初创阶段,无成熟的理论及计算分析方法。本文根据4组,每组3根,共计12根不同桩长(6m、11m、16m、19m)的单桩静载荷承载力试验成果,通过统计分析,得出微型钢管旋转注浆桩的单桩竖向极限承载力标准值和设计值的推荐计算公式。用于指导该新型桩的设计和施工,也为后续研究做铺垫。
Steel-pipe rotary grouting micropile is a new pile successfully developed in recent years, which has been successfully applied in a large number of foundation reinforcement and deviation-rectifying projects, with broad prospect in application. Because it is still at the initial stage, there are no mature theories and calculation and analysis methods. Based on the test results of static load bearing capacity of single pile of 12 piles with different length (6m, 11m, 16m and 19m) with 3 ones in 4 groups, the article gets recomnlended calculation formula for normal value and design value of vertical ultimate bearing capacity of single pile of steel-pipe rotary grouting micropile by statistical analysis. It is used for guiding the design and construction of the new pile, and also lays a foundation for follow-up research.
