情绪智力视野下高职大学生素质培养研究

Research on the Quality Cultivation of Higher Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Emotional Intelligence

高职教育人才培养过程中对"技能"关注过多,而对"素质"却有所轻视,情绪智力理论为高职大学生"高素质"的培养提供了全新的视角。在理解情绪智力内涵的基础上,分析情绪智力影响高职大学生文化素质的形成、心理素质的发展和职业素质的提升,并以此提出基于情绪智力教育的高职大学生素质培养策略。

Too much more attention is given to the ＂skill＂ than the ＂quality＇in the process of higher vocational personnel training. Emotional intelligence theory provides higher vocational college students a new perspective on the cultivation of high quality. Based on the understanding of the connotation of emotional intelligence, this article analyses the impact of emotional intelligence on the quality development of higher vocational college students, their psychological quality development and vocational quality improvement, and proposes the students＂ quality cultivating strategies based on emotional intelligence education.
