摘要
采用150 mmol/L NaCl胁迫处理6种不同基因型小麦,研究其对小麦幼苗性状的影响。结果表明,盐胁迫处理对小麦幼苗地上部性状的影响大于对根系性状的影响,不同苗期性状受盐胁迫处理影响程度由大到小为:苗长、地上部鲜重、地上部干重、最长根长、根系干重、根系鲜重。6个供试小麦品种中,埃及红和中国春对盐胁迫最为敏感,而莱州953和京411的抗盐性相对较强。
The effects of salt stress(150 mmol/L NaCl) on the growth of six wheat varieties at seedling stage were investigated.The results showed that the traits of above ground part of wheat seedlings were more sensitive to salt stress than that of belowground part.The order of sensitivity to salt stress in all evaluated traits was plant height〉shoot fresh weight〉shoot dry weight〉maximum root length〉root dry weight〉root fresh weight.Wheat varieties Egyptain Red and Chinese Spring were more sensitive to salt stress,while Laizhou 953 and Jing 411 were more salt-tolerant compared to other varieties in this study.
