摘要
采用土培的方法研究污水胁迫对小麦幼苗抗氧化酶(CAT、SOD、POD)活性、细胞膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,低浓度污水处理能激活小麦幼苗叶片抗氧化酶活性;高浓度污水可使小麦幼苗叶片的抗氧化酶活性显著降低,并促进MDA积累和膜通透性增加。
The effect of sewage water stress on activity of antioxidant enzymes(CAT,SOD and POD),membrane permeability,content of MDA in wheat seedlings was studied by soil culture.The result showed that the low concentration treatment of sewage water could activate the antioxidant enzymes in leaves;while high concentration treatment significantly decreased the activity of antioxidant enzymes,and obviously promoted the accumulation of MDA and permeability of cytoplasm membrane.
