1株絮凝剂高产菌的筛选及其培养条件优化 被引量:4

摘要 从污水中筛选到1株新型高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌N-7,根据其形态特征、生理生化特性初步鉴定为杆菌。该菌培养32 h进入稳定期,36 h时絮凝活性达到最大。通过单因素试验和正交试验表明,菌株N-7最适培养基为初始pH 7.5、培养温度30℃、转速170 r/min,在此条件下,所产絮凝剂对高岭土悬液的絮凝率高达91.3%。 A new high flocculants-producing bacteria strain N-7 was isolated from wastewater.It was preliminary identified as a bacillus based on its morphological and physiological characteristics.The bacteria reached stationary phase after been cultured for 32 h,and had the maximum flocculating activity after 36 h.According to single-factor and orthogonal test,the optimum flocculants-producing conditions were initial pH 7.5,temperature 30 ℃,rotation speed 170 r/min.The flocculation efficiency in Kaolin suspension reached to 91.3% under the optimized conditions.
