摘要
为了考察肠道病毒71型(EV71)抗原(培养原液及层析液)在不同pH下的稳定性以及盐离子浓度可能对病毒粒子的聚集产生的影响,试验通过对EV71病毒培养原液的浓缩(即抗原的粗纯)和4FF层析后发现抗原在pH 3~9,2~8℃放置1周都很稳定,同时样品中不加NaCl,缓冲液中含0.1 mol/L NaCl可以提高抗原的收率。
In order to investigate the stability of EV71 antigen(culture liquid and liquid chromatography) in different pH and the probably effect of salt ions concentration on the viral particle aggregation,the EV71 virus were cultured in different pH value and salt ions concentration.The results showed that antigen was very stable in the pH 3~9,2~8 ℃ environment after one week.Buffer solution containing 0.1 mol/L NaCl could increase the antigen recovering rate if the sample was without NaCl.
