TiO_(2-x)N_x纳米管的制备及其可见光光催化性能

摘要 对利用水热法制备得到的TiO2纳米管进行了氮掺杂,对样品进行了X射线衍射分析(XRD)、透射电镜分析(TEM)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱测定(DRS)、X射线光电子能谱测试(XPS)以及光催化性能的测试。结果表明,氮掺杂后的TiO2纳米管(TiO2-xNx)晶型和形貌没有发生改变,掺杂的氮取代了TiO2中氧的格位从而导致TiO2纳米管带隙变窄,使其具有可见光光催化性能。光催化试验表明,可见光照射2 h后,氮掺杂的TiO2纳米管对甲基橙的降解率可达97.5%。 N-doped TiO2 nanotubes were prepared by wet process assisted with thermal treatment.XRD,TEM,DRS,XPS were used to characterize the synthesized N-doped TiO2 nanotubes.The results showed that N-doping had no effects on the crystal phase and morpholopy of TiO2 nanotubes.N doped into the TiO2 lattice,caused the narrowing of band gap by mixing the N 2p and O 2p states,resulting in visible light activity.Photocatalytic experiments showed that after the irradiation by visible light for two hours,the degradation rate of methyl orange was 97.5%.
