摘要
建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定苕叶细辛(Asarum insigne Diels)的超声波提取液中Mn、Cu、Fe和Pb含量的方法。结果表明,苕叶细辛中Mn、Fe、Cu及Pb等4种金属元素标准曲线的相关系数(R2)均大于0.999 0,检出限为0.002~0.050μg/mL。超声提取法能较好地提取苕叶细辛中金属元素,火焰原子吸收光谱法简单、快速、准确度高、精密度和选择性好,能满足测定中药材中金属元素的含量要求。
The method for the determination of the contents of Mn,Fe,Cu and Pb in the supersonic wave extract of Asarum insigne Diels was established by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The results showed that,satisfactory linearity of working curves of four elements were obtained,giving all their correlation coefficients over 0.999 0.The determination limit of the analytes was 0.002 ~0.050 μg/mL.The elements can be better extracted by supersonic wave.FAAS is rapid,simple,high precision,good accuracy and sensitivity to determine the elements in A.insigne.
