摘要针具交换项目(needle and syringe exchange program)就是针对注射毒品使用者,项目执行机构工作人员用没有使用过的新的注射器具换取注射吸毒者使用过的、旧的注射器具,并进行销毁,以达到预防因注射器具反复使用或与他人共用造成的自身伤害和HIV、HCV等血源性疾病传播的目的。
