Dependence of Cutoff Diameters on the Exit Pressure for Cascade Impactor

本文计算了气溶胶多级冲击采样器不同出口压强下的各级截止直径 ,使用两种不同抽速的真空泵进行了对比实验 ,利用扫描电镜测量了颗粒的投影面积直径 ,比较了不同工作条件下各级颗粒尺寸分布的差异 ,并讨论了选择真空泵的方法。

The cutoff diameters for each stage of cascade impactor under different exit pressure were calculated. Two different vacuum pumps were used in the experiments. Project area diameters of particles collected on each stage were measured by Scanning Electron Microscope. The size distribution of each stage under different conditions was compared and the methods to select the vacuum pump were discussed.
