低场MR在骨质疏松、转移瘤所致椎体骨折的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨骨质疏松和转移瘤致脊柱压缩性骨折的MR表现。方法:回顾性分析经临床随访证实的骨质疏松性骨折34例及病理证实的转移性骨折26例,所有病例均行低场MRI(0.35T)T1WI、T2WI及脂肪抑制T2WI扫描,部分行Gd-DTPA增强扫描。结果:压缩椎体后缘成角、内见残留正常骨髓信号多见于骨质疏松性骨折(P<0.01);压缩椎体后缘膨隆、弥漫性T1WI低信号、增强后不均匀强化、附件受累及椎旁软组织肿块多见于转移性骨折(P<0.01)。结论:低场MRI对骨质疏松和转移瘤所致椎体压缩性骨折具有重要的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。
