摘要
分析了以碳素流为主要载体的钢铁冶金过程排放二氧化碳的特点,指出了高炉长流程炼铁工艺的CO2减排应将铁前系统作为突破重点,并逐渐推广以废钢为主要原料的电炉短流程炼钢。钢铁企业烟气CO2减排应充分考虑其烟气特性,借鉴现有较为成熟的吸收法、吸附法等捕集技术,开发与钢铁生产工艺相结合的CO2捕集技术和装备。
The characteristics of the carbon dioxide of iron and steel enterprises were analyzed. The current thesis indicates that the front system of blast furnace should be considered as the key problem in long - process iron - making, and the short - process steel - making should be gradually extended. The CO2 reducing in flue gas of the iron and steel enterprises should consider the existing ripe absorp- tion method, and develop the new CO2 catching technology and equipment which can be good suit with iron and steel process.
