摘要 莱钢3200m3高炉采用多项节能工艺,通过高风温、高顶压、大矿批及低硅冶炼等操作手段,并配加经济炉料建立高渣比操作模型,采取烟煤无烟煤混喷技术,加强工艺管理,使生铁成本不断降低,实现了低成本科学经济冶炼。 The goal of lowering the cost of pig iron and low - cost scientific and economic smelting production was successfully reached on the 3200m3 blast furnace, by using a series of energy - saving technologies, applying operation procedure of high blast temperature, high top pressure, large batch of ore, low silicon smelting and etc, adding economic burden to establish a operation model with high slag ratio, taking the mixed injection technology for bituminous and anthracite coal, and the improvement of industrial management.
