混铁车保温改造效果评估

摘要 混铁车内衬添加保温层是简单而有效的节能措施。建立了混铁车运输过程及处理过程中铁水温降的半经验算法。经实验验证该算法得出的铁水温降与实测值吻合。而后用该算法对混铁车的保温改造方案进行评估、筛选,最后通过实验及模拟对最终改造方案进行评估,得出改造后铁水温降可缓解20℃以上。 It's a simple valid fashion of heat preservation to add a insulating layer in torpedo cars. A semi - empirical algorithm was set up of temperature dropping of the hot metal during its transport and disposal. It's proved that the result of calculated by the algorithm tallies with the one tested in practice. Then assessment and selection the reconstruction of thermal insulation was made with the algorithm. The final reform programme was assessed with the experiment and simulation. The temperature drop- ping may decrease by 20℃ through the improvement, which reached the advanced international standards.
