摘要
在分析炉内电热特性的基础上,采用C#程序语言建立了通用的石墨化炉热-电耦合数学模型软件,通过大规模的数值模拟计算,研究操作参数对石墨化炉内温度分布和演变的影响。仿真结果表明,选取合适的焙烧品放置位置和堆垛数能确保焙烧品温度均匀,提高整个炉子的成品率。其次,递减的供压曲线使得焙烧品温度更高更均匀。
Based on the analysis of thermal, electric and physical characters of graphltization furnace, used C# programming language to establish common software of heat - electricity coupling mathematical model. Based on large - scale numerical simulation, the influence of operating parameters to graphiti- zation fumacefs temperature distribution and evolution was analyzed. The results show that, the appro- priate placement of roasting product and the number of roasting product can ensure temperature distri-bution more uniform to increases the rate of finished products of graphitization furnace, Second,the decreasing voltage curve contributes to the higher and uniform temperature of masting product.
