摘要
为了检验板坯加热质量,评价现有的加热制度,对加热炉实施了板坯在线温度测试分析,即黑匣试验。通过对试验结果进行技术分析,说明加热炉的板坯加热质量良好。同时发现了目前加热制度中存在的一些问题,为下一步优化加热制度提供了指导。
In order to testing the quality of slab heating and evaluating the existing heating constitu- tion, Shongang Jingtang steel carry out the online thermal measurement and analyzing of billet. Based on the test results of technical analysis, find that the quality of slab heating is good. At the same time, find some problems in the current heating constitution. It provides guidance to optimizing heating consfitution.
