基于能量摄入与体重指数关系的膳食营养问卷的评价

Evaluation of a nutrition questionnaire based on the relationship of energy consumption and body mass index

目的对西安市中老年女性膳食营养问卷进行信度和效度研究。方法采用重复测量和分半法评价膳食营养问卷,检验其重测信度和分半信度;用再测分析法和确立一个效标评价膳食营养问卷,检验其内容效度和效标效度。结果膳食营养问卷重测、分半结果之间一致性较好,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3 d膳食营养问卷的重测信度和分半信度超过0.51;问卷的内容效度和效标效度均较高,3 d膳食营养问卷调查结果与效标之间的相关系数为0.562。结论西安市中老年女性群体3 d膳食营养问卷具有较好的信度和效度,在研究西安市相关人群的肥胖与膳食营养摄入之间关系时,是比较理想的膳食营养评价工具。

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of nutrition questionnaire to be used in prospec-tive study of obesity and dietary factors among middle and old aged females in Xi＇an. Methods By using the meth-ods of documentary, questionnaire and statistics, this paper makes experimental study on the questionnaire of nutri-tion for middle and old aged females in Xi＇an city. Reliability is determined and the questionnaire is validated by re-testing analysis and establishing criterion. Results The reliability of questionnaire is good between the test and re-test, which shows insignificant difference （P〉0.05）, and the reliability of a 3-day nutrition questionnaire is above 0.51. The content validity and criterion related validity of questionnaire are good and the correlation coefficient be-tween the results of 3-day investigation and criterion is 0. 562. Conclusion The good reliability and validity of a 3- day nutrition questionnaire suggest proper applicability. The designed questionnaire might be an ideal evaluation tool in the studies of nutrients and obesity.
