Existing Problems in Tendering and Bidding of Construction Projects and Countermeasures

阐述了工程招投标领域存在的主要问题,对工程招投标管理问题的主要原因进行分析,提出相应对策及建议。

With the perfection of the law and improvement of bidding, project bidding has gradually been standardized, which will guarantee the healthy and orderly development of the construction market and the social economy in our country. However, there does still exist a lot of problems such as project bidding dodge tender, false bidding, surround-bidding, forging bid, borrowing qualifications, multi level contracting and illegal sub contracting, etc. In this paper, the current problems in the bidding were discussed and analyzed, meanwhile the corresponding countermeasures and suggestion were proposed.
