Experimental study on ore drawing in Dachang Tongkeng Mine

摘要 为了解决大厂铜坑矿放矿过程中矿石贫化的问题,开展放矿方式的物理试验模拟研究。利用大型物理放矿模型,分别进行平面放矿和斜面放矿两种不同放矿试验,然后以矿石回收率和贫化率为检测指标,对所得结果进行比较。结果表明,在大厂铜坑矿推行斜面放矿方式是可行的,推荐采用斜面放矿方案。 In order to solve the problem of ore dilution increasing during the drawing procedure in Tongkeng Mine, a physical simulation test of ore drawing is carried out. Two different kinds of ore drawing methods were car ried out based on large-scale physical drawing model: one is ore drawing with the flat hopper and the other is ore drawing with the sloping hopper. Then, the results are compared by taking the ore recovery rate and waste rock mixture rate as checking index, which show that the ore drawing method with the sloping hopper is feasible in Tongkeng Mine, and this method is recommended.
