摘要
对三维测量系统中的关键技术,如相位测量、解相位、立体匹配和去除噪声点、系统结构和标定等进行了分析和论证。实验结果证明,该系统能够进行复杂曲面的测量,且保证了测量精度。
3D measurement key technologies, such as phase measurement, phase demodulation, stereo matching and noise removal, system structure and calibration, are analyzed in detail. The experimental results show that the system can detect the complex free-form surface with reliable precision.
