摘要
利用机械CAD、有限元分析技术建立龙门加工中心的CAD/CAE模型。综合利用灵敏度分析技术、拓扑优化技术,以机床整机结构动态、静态特性和弹性应变能为总体目标函数,进行了多工况、多目标优化设计,实现机床结构动态和静态特性综合性能最优的目的。
Using mechanical CAD, the finite element analysis technology, the CAD/CAE models of the gantry machining center are established, multi-working condition, multi objective optimization designs have been done taking the dynamic and static characteristic and Elastic strain energy of the whole machine tool structure as the total target function by means of the sensitivity analysis technology, topology optimization technology, the optimum result of the machine tool structure dynamic and static characteristic comprehensive performance can be reached.
