摘要
椭圆振动切削有利于在难加工材料超精密去除中获得改善的切削加工性,并可用于创成微结构功能表面,被认为是一种非常有发展前途的方法。迄今为止,关于椭圆振动切削的研究中,最值得关注的主要涉及如下3个方面:刀尖椭圆运动轨迹生成;难加工材料(超硬材料、脆性材料以及铁系材料)的最佳切削加工性获得;微结构功能表面的创成等。对椭圆振动切削在这3个方面所取得的进展进行了系统和深入地评述,提出了有待研究解决的关键问题。
Elliptical vibration cutting (EVC) is beneficial to improving machinability in ultraprecision removal of difficult-to-machine materials, and can be used for create micro-structured functional surface, it is recognized as a very promising method. Up to date, the most noteworthy studies on the EVC mainly involves the following three aspects= generating the elliptical motion trajectory of tool tip; improving the machinability of difficult-to-machine materials (superhard materials, brittle materials, as well as iron-based materials) ; creating micro-structure functional surface. The review of the research progress on the above-mentioned three aspects is made, and the key issues to be resolved are presented.
