顶空固相微萃取—气质联用分析尾巨桉叶片挥发油化学成分 被引量:2

Analysis of the Chemical Composition of the Volatile Oil from Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis Leaf with the Method of Solid Phase Micro-extraction and GC-MS

摘要 应用顶空固相微萃取法提取尾巨桉叶片挥发油,同时以气相色谱——质谱法结合色谱保留指数法对化学成分进行定性定量分析。结果表明:尾巨桉叶片挥发油中共有86种化合物,其中相对含量大于0.3%的成分有40个,占色谱峰总流总面积的89.65%,主要成分是桉油精(33.10%)、α一蒎烯(10.58%)、1-甲基-2-(1-甲基乙基)苯(8.98%)、乙酸松油酯(6.96%)、乙烯基甲醚(3.13.%)、龙脑烯醛(1.59%)、己醛(1.54%)、己烷(1.42%)等组分。 The volatile oil from Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis leaf was extracted with the method of solid phase micro-extraction and its chemical composition was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed with the method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with gas chromatography retention index.There were 86 volatile components identified in the leaf oil,40 of these components each had relative contents over 0.3% and together accounted for over 89.65% of the total weight of the volatile leaf oil.The main components were eucalyptol(33.10%),alpha.-pinene(10.58%),benzene,1-methyl-2-(1-methylethyl)(8.98%),3-cyclohexene-1-methanol,.alpha.,.alpha.,4-trimethyl-,acetate(6.96%),ethene,methoxy(3.13.%),3-cyclopentene-1-acetaldehyde,2,2,3-trimethyl(1.59%),hexanal(1.54%) and hexane(1.42%).
