NT-proBNP与妊娠高血压疾病患者左心室舒张功能及血压水平的相关性 被引量：18

摘要 目的观察妊娠高血压疾病患者血浆N端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)浓度的改变与左心室舒张功能及血压水平的相关性,研究其预测妊娠高血压疾病患者发生心力衰竭的临床意义。方法对89例妊娠高血压患者,检测血浆NT-proBNP浓度并分析其与妊娠进程、左心室舒张功能、血压水平的关系。结果 (1)妊娠高血压疾病患者血浆NT-proBNP浓度在晚期妊娠、产前、产后,显著高于健康对照组,NT-proBNP浓度和心力衰竭的严重程度呈正相关;(2)妊娠高血压疾病患者的左心室舒张功能异常与NT-proBNP浓度改变呈正相关。(3)妊娠高血压疾病患者的24 h动态血压所提示的血压水平波动与NT-proBNP浓度改变呈正相关。结论孕妇血浆NT-proBNP浓度是反映妊娠高血压疾病发生心力衰竭的敏感指标,这对于临床上提早预测妊娠高血压疾病的发展趋势,尤其是预测发生心力衰竭的可能性,判断预后及决定是否及时终止妊娠、强化治疗心力衰竭具有重要的实用价值。
