放射性口干燥症防治的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 放射治疗为头颈部肿瘤的主要治疗手段,由于头颈部解剖关系复杂及射线的非选择性,辐射常可直接损伤唾液腺,导致口干燥症的发生。射线亦可间接引起组织基质纤维化及营养血管闭锁,加剧病情恶化。目前利用调强放射治疗、药物及颌下腺移位术等,均取得一定成效。近年,天然植物提取物逐渐成为关注焦点,细胞、基因等方面的探究亦逐渐深入,现就放射性口干燥症防治的研究进展综述如下。
