摘要
对采自景宁畲族自治县的BL09、BL11、BL12三个野生灵芝菌株与当前景宁畲族自治县主栽品种韩芝进行子实体、生物学效率比较,结果表明,4个菌株在母种培养基上,BL09、BL11、BL12之间生长速度差异不显著,而韩芝生长较慢,并与其它菌株存在极显著的差异;BL09和BL11菌丝生长浓密洁白,气生菌丝量大,菌丝边缘整齐,BL12和韩芝则相对较差;4个菌株在原种培养基上的生长速度,BL09和BL11之间差异不显著,BL09、BL11与BL12、韩芝之间存在极显著差异,BL12和韩芝之间差异不显著;菌盖大小为BL09>BL11>BL12>韩芝,产孢量大小为BL09>BL11>韩芝>BL12;BL09和BL11产量较高,它们与韩芝和BL12之间存在显著差异,BL12产量最低,评比结果表明,BL09无论在菌丝生长方面还是在子实体生长方面,均优于其它菌株,都表现出良好的长式,是较适宜于景宁生产推广的优良菌株。
Comparative tests were conducted on fiuitbody and biological efficiency of three wild strains(BL09, BL11, BL12) of Ganoderma lucidum and, the main cultivar in Jingning, Zhejiang province. The result showed that growth of G. lucidum HG was the slowest and had great difference with the other tested 3 strains cultivated on stock culture. The growth of BL09 had not evident difference with that ofBL11, similar as the relation of BL12 with HG, but the first two strains had great difference with the later two ones. The size ofpileus was ordered by BL09〉BL11〉BL12〉HG, and yield of conidia production by BL09〉BLll〉HG〉BL12. The test demonstrated that BL09 had advantages of white and abundant mycelium, more aerial myeelium, earlier primordium growth with higher survival rate, larger pileus, etc. The test resulted that BL09 was the best in the tested strains in the views of mycelial and fruithody growth, and recommended to be cultivated in Jingning.
