摘要
介绍了缙云县森林资源资产评估的现状、评估方法,分析了香榧产前期经济林、毛竹公益林和"林贷通"抵押贷款3个森林资源资产评估实例,提出了提高评估人员业务素质、编制评估常用数表、完善森林抵押贷款商业保险的建议。
Presentation was made on current situation of forest resources evaluation in Jinyun, Zhejiang province on evaluation methods and problems Countermeasures were put forwarded such as strengthening training of professionals, establishing independent evaluation institution, compiling general table, improving mortgage credit of forest resources and making a uniform charging, etc.
