摘要
对以水溶性酸性媒介染料为主的废水,用氯化锰(Mncl4·4H2O)改性硅藻土进行了脱色和去除COD的实验研究。结果表明,改性Mn-硅藻土投加量为0.8g/L,用石灰乳控制pH值在9.5~10.0范围内,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投加量为2.0mgg/L时,色度和COD去除率分别达到96%和90%以上.均达到了GB4287—92一级排放标准。
The decoloring and removal of COD from the soluble acidic dyeing wastewater using the diatomite which was modified by manganese chloride was studied in this paper. Under the conditions of Mn-diatomite dosage 0.8 g/L, PAM dosage 2.0 mg/L, waste water pH value 9.5-10.0 by lime, the rate of decoloring and removal of COD from the dyeing wastewater were 96% and 90% respectively. Color and concentration of COD in the effluent water reached the first discharge standard of GB 4287-92.
