海底地形命名背后的权益争端及其法律效力之辨 被引量：4

摘要 文章从海底地形命名活动的发展及其标准化进程入手,阐述了现有通用海底地形名称的产生程序,进而分析作为一项科学工作的海底地形命名可能引发的权益争端及其原因,并借助传统国际法理论和相关判例探究海底地形命名与主权及主权权利之间的关系,最后结合我国海底地形命名的工作近况提出相关的维权建议。
