摘要
20世纪二三十年代,林语堂在执教多所大学的同时,深入思考教育问题,站在自由主义的立场上,提出了许多独到的见解。他强调大学学术氛围的重要性,主张大学教师与学生之间建立人性的接触的关系,大学教师应该是思想家、科学家,并倡导导师制。林语堂的教育思想对我国当前的教育改革有启发意义。
In 1920s and 1930s,LIN Yutang had been thinking about some issues on education when he taught in different a liberalist. He highlighted the universities. He proposed some special ideas from the stance of significance of the academic atmosphere in universities. Teachers and students should communicate based on humanistic contact. College teachers are supposed to thinkers and scientists. He also supported the supervisor system. LIN Yutang' s ideas of education are a good reference for modern education reform in China.
