专业建设是高等院校的一项基本建设,是适应社会经济发展和满足学生就业需要的客观要求,它决定着高校人才培养的质量和水平。文章以哈尔滨学院校重点建设专业——化学专业为例,从专业建设的指导思想、师资队伍建设、课程体系设置等方面进行研究,努力提高专业建设水平和人才培养质量。

Specialty development is a basic construction in higher education, which is also the requirement for social economic development and students＇ future career. It makes the quality and level of higher education in terms of talent training. Taking the chemistry specialty in Harbin University as an example, the study introduces how improve the specialty quality and level concerning the guiding principles ,teachers ,and curriculum.
