摘要
官员微博呼应了我国正在建构的公民社会以及社会管理新要求,以既官又民的双重身份在网络问政平台上为国家政治、市场经济系统和公民社会搭建了一座桥梁,具有深刻的标尺性意义,是实现社会治理良性发展的新探索。本文试图从当下转型期社会治理视阈分析官员微博的价值,并认为官员微博在公民社会建构和社会治理方面有重要的积极意义。
