当代大学生党员组织归属感调查与思考——以宁波某高校为例

Sense of Organizational Commitment among Contemporary University Student Party Members:Survey and Reflections

本文运用组织行为学理论,采用实证研究方法,根据组织归属感的影响因素,分别从管理性、文化价值观、心理性、个体性和环境性5个方面进行调查,研究当代大学生党员组织归属感的现状,分析原因并提出对策,以期对当前高校学生党建工作提供一定借鉴和帮助。

This paper, based on the theory of organizational behaviorism and the factors that affect the sense of organizational commitment and using empirical research method, makes the survey in the light of management, cultural values, psychology, individuality and environment, studies the present situation of the sense of organizational commitment among contemporary university student party members, analyzes the causes and proposes countermeasures in the hope of providing some reference to the current party construction of college students.
