摘要
该文提出一个基于0-1整数规划和模糊聚类方法相结合的监控系统安装算法,使在保证目标监控效果的条件下总费用最小化。该算法同时可以确定监控点位置和两种不同的基本摄像机类型,并对监控网络中数字录像机位置进行优化。算法对平安城市监控网络系统的有效性和降低成本有较好的实际应用价值。
This paper discusses an algorithm for the installation of monitoring system based on a combination of fuzzy clustering method and 0-1 integer programming, so that the monitoring effect can be guaranteed at the least cost. The algorithm can also determine where and what kind of camera should be installed and optimize the location of DVR.
