摘要
针对核主泵轴密封具有承受高压、高PV值、高可靠性的特点,尤其是第一级流体静压密封承受大部分的压差(15.5MPa),是整个主泵轴密封中难度最高和技术最复杂的关键性瓶颈,为此首先以第一级密封为突破口作了较深入的研究。完成了第一级密封试验样机、试验台及系统的研制与试验,第二、三级密封试验样机的研制,整套主泵密封的试验。已完成的试验项目指标基本达到设计技术指标,为今后进一步深入研究打下了很好的基础。
As the primary shaft seals for nuclear can withstand high pressure, high PV value and high reliability,in particular the hydrostatic Seal will withstand the most of the differential pressure(15.5MPa) at the first stage,which is the most difficult and technologically sophisticated critical bottleneck in the primary pump shaft seal, we selected the first stage seal as the breakthrough for a more detailed study. The first stage sealing test prototype, the development and test of the test bench and system, the development of the second stage and the third stage sealing test prototype and the test of the main pump seal have been completed. The indicators of the completed test project have basically met the needs of the technical indicators of design, which has laid a good foundation for the later in - depth study.
