摘要
应用CFD技术建立了变转速旋转压缩机供油系统的分析模型,研究其泵油机理,分析比较了不同运转工况下各出油孔的供油状况。结果表明,对于本文研究的试验样机,在4个计算工况下的供油是充分的。但在中间制冷工况时,如转速为450r/min时,温升会达到近40℃,当转速低至300r/min时,螺旋油槽不出油。
The analytic model of oil supply system for variable speed rotary compressor has been developed using CFD technology to study the oil supply mechanism and oil supply condition under different operating conditions. The results show that the oil supply amount is sufficient under four operating conditions for the tested prototype, but the temperature rise could reach 40℃ when the rotation speed is 450r/min under cooling half-capacity operating condition, and the spiral groove could not supply oil when the ro- tation speed decreases to 300r/min.
