摘要
频谱分析仪用于测量各种信号的频谱、功率等参数,是通信技术发展中非常重要的一种测试手段。该文旨在研究频谱分析仪接收机前端设计,包括多级混频单元的设计、镜像抑制方法等。结合实际指标选用适合的芯片,并利用ADS软件进行谐波、链路仿真,达到模块器件参数的合理设计。
Spectrum analyzer ap, plication is used to measure various signal's parameters such as spectrum power. It is a very important means of testing in the development of communication technologies. This paper aims to study the design of the receiver, including multi-stage mixing unit, method of image rejection, uses ADS software for harmonic, budget simulation. And he compared with the actual index comparison, in order to achieve the reasonable parameter design module device.
