基于相邻两轴速度信号的带材张力观测方法 被引量:2

摘要 在诸如塑料薄膜等带材生产中,对带材张力的相对稳定度要求高,为此,该文以放卷-进给生产单元为背景,利用相邻两个电机驱动轴上的光电编码器信号,获取放卷的卷径与线速度信号,进而利用放卷线速度与进给线速度信号获取张力的观测信号,该方法无需张力传感器及浮动辊等机械辅助装置,仿真验证了其可行性。最后探讨了基于嵌入式CPU的技术实现方案。 In the production process of web such as plastic film, it tension's relative stability. Therefore, this paper takes the unwinding- has higher requirement for the web feeding production unit as the back- ground. Unwinding diameter and linear speed signal are obtained by the photoelectric encoder signal which lo- cated in the two adjacent motor driven shafts. Then tension observation signals are gained by unwinding and feeding linear speed. This method needs no tension transducer and floating roll or The simulation result verifies the effectiveness. Finally, this paper discusses the based on embedded CPU. other mechanical device. technical realization plan
