基于多通信模式的通用工业远程监控系统设计

摘要 针对工业生产中对于可靠远程监控的需要,该文提出一种基于多种通信模式的通用工业远程监控系统设计方案。首先给出基于PLC的常用参数数据采集方案;为确保远程数据传输的可靠性,研发了一套集成多种通信模式的通用数据传输设备;最后给出系统组网设计方案,实现工业远程监控。该设计方案可满足实际生产中实时快速传输现场数据的要求,可以方便地在不同网络模式间实现点对点通信,而且可根据通信终端所处网络环境智能选择用于通信的网络。 According to industrial production in remote monitoring of the need for reliable, this paper presents a general industrial remote monitoring and control system design based on a variety of modes of communica- tion. First of all, given the common parameters data acquisition program based on PLC ; to ensure the reliabili- ty of remote data transmission, developed a common set of integration of multiple modes of communication data transmission equipment; finally, presented system network design, realize industrial remote monitoring. The design can meet the requirements of the fast transfer of actual production in real-time field data, point-to-point communication between different network model can be easily, and according to the communication terminal in which the network environment, smart for communications networks.
