摘要
该文介绍了一种基于S7-300可编程逻辑控制器和组态王监控软件来实现工业炸药生产线中温度PID控制的方案,在温度PID控制原理的基础上,选定控制系统的组成并对控制系统进行硬件配置和参数设定。程序设计中,通过STEP7调用FB41功能程序块实现了温度的PID控制。
A temperature PID control design based on $7-300 PLC and Kingview in booster production line is introduced in this paper. On the basis of temperature PID control theory, the component of the control system is determined ,and then hardware configuration and parameter setting are completed. In the program, the tem- perature PID control is realized by the FB41 function' block which is called by STEP7 software.
