高低温环境下长余辉材料SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)的发光性能及其稳定性的研究

摘要 文章对长余辉材料SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+在高温条件下的稳定性以及在高低温环境中的发光性能进行了研究。材料经过200、400、600、800、1000℃煅烧0.5 h以后,基质的晶体结构未发生变化,波谱的形状和位置也均未发生变化,但是余辉初始发光亮度降低和余辉时间变短。在-50℃环境中的余辉亮度始终比25℃时的低,而200℃环境中的余辉亮度比25℃时的时高时低。随着温度的降低,发现该材料在70℃时已经不再发光,在该温度点发生了温度猝灭。 In the paper,long persistence phosphors SrAl2O4: Eu2+,Dy3+ under high temperature conditions in high temperature stability of the environment and the light properties was studied.Material calcined at 200,400,600,800,1000 ℃ by after half an hour,the crystalline structure of the material was not changed,the shape,the position and spectral changes have been made,but the fluorescence of light rays initial reduction and twilight time shortens.In the environment of fluorescence under 50 ℃ lowed than 25 ℃,and the fluorescence in the environment at 200 ℃ lowed than 25 ℃ rays of high low.With the decrease of temperature,the material in the light no longer temperature was found in 70 ℃,and temperature quenching phenomena was appeared at this temperature.
