摘要
本论文比较了不同溶剂水、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮及其混合溶剂的不同比例对茶叶中茶多酚的浸提效果;实验结果显示选用乙醇-水溶剂时,浸提率达到了22.4%,浸提效果是最好的。为选择茶多酚的浸提方法提供了实验基础。
Influences of different solvent and different proportion of mixed solvent on the soaking of tea polyphenols were studied.Results showed the soaking rate in C2H5OH-H2O（6∶4） reach 22.4 % is the best.So this technology offer experiment foundation for choosing soaking tea phenol.
