摘要
文章研究了在非挥发有机溶剂PC条件下,用国产原料合成抗微生物有机硅化合物SiQ80的制备方法,探讨了其抗菌原理,并采用非水滴定法分析产率,同时测试了经SiQ80处理的无纺布的抗菌性能,与进口美国AES7200产品相当,取得了满意的结果。
The paper reported a method to synthesize the antimicrobial organosilane(SiQ80) with domestic materials by using non-volatile solvent PC.The antimicrobial function is studied.The yield rate is verified by non-aqueous titration.After synthesis of this product(SiQ80),several textile articles are treated by SiQ80 and killing ability is tested against several representative microorganisms.Comparing with the product imported from USA AES7200,the results are satisfactory.
