摘要 核苷作为核酸的结构单元,参与了基因信息的保留、复制和转录的分子机制,在生物合成和控制过程中起十分重要的作用。目前,核苷类药物在抗肿瘤和抗病毒药物中占有很大的比例,新型核苷类衍生物的合成研究一直是研究热点之一,文章对糖基修饰的核苷类衍生物研究进展进行总结。 Nucleosides as nucleic acid structure unit,a gene involved in the information retention,replication and transcription of the molecular mechanisms,in the biosynthesis and control process plays a very important role.At present,the nucleoside drugs in antitumor and antiviral drugs account for a large proportion,novel nucleoside derivatives synthesis is one of research hotspots,the glycosyl modified nucleoside compounds research progress summary.
