Analytical Method on Carbon Content of GCr15 Bearing Steel

利用红外光谱分析法和光电直读光谱分析法,对10个不同厂家生产的轴承进行碳元素含量的测定进行对比,并根据两种分析方法的原理,结合轴承钢标准中规定的碳含量定义,得出在测定GCr15钢中碳元素含量时,应采用红外光谱分析法测定值。

Based on analytical method of infrared carbon-sulphur and direct-reading spectrometer,provides a contrast for the carbon content of ten samples of different provider.It is concluded that the value determined by method of infrared carbon-sulphur are more exact than method of direct-reading spectrometer.
